Reviewers consistently report low-stress, well-managed renovations with clear communication and transparent billing. Project managers like Mo, Ezad, and Greg stay responsive through daily site visits, evening texts, and regular photo updates, while designers like Ghalib listen carefully to priorities and translate them into finished spaces that clients love. The team handles complexity well: foundation reconstruction, load-bearing wall removal, historic home work, and basement-to-roof retrofits all arrived on schedule and within budget. Clients highlight the calmness that professional oversight brings to inherently stressful work, plus small touches like post-project follow-ups and holiday gifts.
