Over six years of steady five-star reviews show fast repairs, skilled work, and affordable pricing on opener, spring, and hardware fixes. Two recent one-star complaints surface warranty conflicts and an unexplained closure, leaving current reliability uncertain.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers praise Galle's transparency, skilled trades coordination, and hands-on leadership from Alessandro, Cesare, and Stefano. Projects stayed on schedule and budget for satisfied clients. However, one homeowner experienced a $150,000 project delayed by four months, with poor quality that required an additional $20,000 in outside repairs and chaotic cleanup.
All five reviews award top marks. Work spans decks, storage sheds, and repairs. Staff visit sites promptly, advise on wood choice and sizing, and complete jobs on schedule. One long-standing client credits the contractor with solving a wobbling multilevel deck problem.
Only one five-star review is on record, so detail is limited. The business is licensed and insured and operates in Etobicoke, but garage-specific feedback is not yet available to assess.
