What recent reviews say

Most recent customers praise the build quality, professionalism of the team, and competitive pricing. A serious one-star incident involving aggressive owner conduct toward a tow operator stands apart from broader satisfaction with product and delivery timelines.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

4.2(14)✓ Google-verified

Most recent jobs showcase strong finishes and professional crews, especially when Mathieu oversees the work. However, older complaints reveal patterns of cancellations, schedule changes without notice, visible defects (hair and bubbles in the coating), and poor communication about cure time and maintenance. The business appears responsive when engaged but inconsistent in job execution and follow-up.

Claridge Homes - River's Edge

3.5(51)✓ Google-verified

Claridge Homes builds attractive model homes with welcoming sales staff, but post-purchase experience is rocky. Buyers report 100+ defects at possession, sealed windows that leak mould, cracked tile grout, punctured pipes, and unfinished yards. Getting repairs addressed takes years of chasing staff who often ignore calls and emails; Claridge relies on Tarion's two-year window to avoid accountability. Multiple owners warn that the company's friendly pre-sale demeanor vanishes after closing.
