Core details are sourced from this business's Google Business Profile (checked 2026-09-16). Website-sourced details were fetched 2026-09-16.
Review evidence is limited to two complaints across a 3.7-star average from 6 reviews. One customer reported a cancelled water testing appointment; another described inventory and staff availability issues at the retail location itself. The business rating reflects significant split between five-star and one/two-star reviews, but specific praise details are not documented in the available inputs.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer praised Woodsmith's full house renovation on Duplex Ave, highlighting how the design-build model eliminated delays and finger-pointing. The team preserved the home's original character while modernizing it, with meticulous finish work and attentive post-project follow-up from Chris.
Five-star reviews praise Fernando and his team for professionalism, attention to detail, and reliable project completion. The business earned trust through responsive after-sales support and consistent quality on additions, new builds, and renovations. One-star reviews exist but are not shown in the provided sample.
Work quality and initial contact earn praise, but several recent reviews cite months of silence after project kickoff, unsubmitted permits despite architect involvement, and unresolved damage to neighbouring properties. Limited evidence and low review count warrant caution.
