Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most recent work shows strong professionalism, with clients praising punctuality, transparent communication, and meticulous finishes. An older complaint from six years ago flagged significant delays and abandonment, but the business's recent track record (past year) reflects consistent delivery and attentive project oversight.
Twenty-three five-star reviews praise Kamaljeet and his team for finishing basement and garden suite projects on time, managing city permits through complex approvals, and maintaining transparent quotes. Kamal responds quickly to calls, explains each stage clearly, and offers staged payment plans. The owner has gone beyond warranty obligations, arranging unit replacements and travel costs for long-distance delivery months after completion. Three one-star reviews flag unresponsiveness after handover, use of unlicensed plumbers despite client requests, and reluctance to fix defects like leaking showers. Work quality and baseline professionalism are consistent across positive reviews. The tension centres on post-project accountability and whether Kamal's attentiveness during construction carries through to warranty claims and defect resolution.
Reviewers consistently report finishing projects on schedule and within quoted costs, with owner Pardeep known for honoring warranty work and staying responsive long after handover. While the business website lists kitchen and bathroom services, nearly all reviews focus on basement legalization and finish work in Brampton, where his team handles inspections, material selection, and fixture work start to finish.
