Maan Builders excels at patio, interlocking, and concrete work, reliably finishing projects on schedule with clean sites and attentive communication. However, one significant complaint reveals poor soil prep, improper compaction, and critically, failure to honor warranty claims after the client left a negative review, then blocked them on social media rather than addressing the defects.
Castlemore delivers basement and drywall work with high consistency. Reviewers praise Manni and his team for finishing on schedule, handling complex jobs (soundproofing, popcorn removal, complete basement conversions) with attention to detail, and cleaning up properly. One note: minimal review evidence for garage construction specifically.
All six reviewers rated ProCrafters five stars. They consistently praise the team's workmanship, timely completion, and transparent communication throughout projects. Customers highlight reliability, skill, and honest pricing across renovations and finishes.
Twenty-three five-star reviews praise Kamaljeet and his team for finishing basement and garden suite projects on time, managing city permits through complex approvals, and maintaining transparent quotes. Kamal responds quickly to calls, explains each stage clearly, and offers staged payment plans. The owner has gone beyond warranty obligations, arranging unit replacements and travel costs for long-distance delivery months after completion. Three one-star reviews flag unresponsiveness after handover, use of unlicensed plumbers despite client requests, and reluctance to fix defects like leaking showers. Work quality and baseline professionalism are consistent across positive reviews. The tension centres on post-project accountability and whether Kamal's attentiveness during construction carries through to warranty claims and defect resolution.
