Rossi Overhead Doors delivers fast service on straightforward repairs; some customers report same-day visits and next-day installation. However, the business has a sharp divide: recent five-star reviewers praise competitive pricing and Roberto's expertise, while one-star complainants describe predatory practices toward seniors, inaccurate phone quotes, and incomplete work that left doors non-functional.
Prime Garage Door handles repairs and installations with speed and punctuality; multiple reviews from two years ago emphasise quick arrival, efficient work, and professional conduct. Recent one-star ratings cite staff expertise concerns, though older feedback consistently praises named technician Gursharan and the quality of in-house manufactured doors.
Most reviewers praise the team's attention to detail, cleanliness, and responsiveness. Three dissatisfied customers reported months-long delays, substandard finishes, and poor owner communication; the business disputes these accounts.
Bedo and his team earn consistent five-star reviews for showing up on schedule, communicating clearly throughout projects, and delivering polished work without mess. He handles everything from door installation and caulking to custom wall units and basement renovations, often completing jobs quickly while keeping costs fair and transparent. Reviewers single out his problem-solving during unexpected issues, willingness to suggest improvements, and trustworthy approach to pricing. A property management company refers clients to GTGC without hesitation as their standard contractor for renovation work.
