Every single review is five stars, and reviewers consistently describe a team that shows up on schedule, communicates clearly, and delivers polished work. Ali and Mozhdeh lead operations with honesty about costs and willingness to handle permit headaches or add finishing touches without padding invoices.
Homeowners across Toronto, Richmond Hill, and Aurora praise their skill in complex work: accessible bathroom design for wheelchair users, structural moves like wall removal, basement entrance permits, and specialty finishes such as pot lights and glass railings. They back their work with a 2-year warranty and maintain relationships well after the job ends.
Five-star consistency across all reviews. Technicians like Nir, Nate, and Mitchell arrive promptly, fix garage door problems in under an hour, and explain work clearly before charging. Owners praise their knowledge, fair pricing, and willingness to let customers decide what repairs to pursue.
All three reviewers placed steel building orders and reported strong service from start to finish. Robert's responsiveness, quick turnaround on quotes and modified drawings, and on-time delivery stood out across orders spanning several years.
Work quality and initial contact earn praise, but several recent reviews cite months of silence after project kickoff, unsubmitted permits despite architect involvement, and unresolved damage to neighbouring properties. Limited evidence and low review count warrant caution.
