Do's Garage Door handles garage door work with consistent professionalism and speed. Reviewers praise responsive service, on-time technicians, fair pricing, and the team's genuine care for getting the job done right the first time.
Mixed results across a small review base. Older positive reviews highlight on-time, on-budget builds with solid foundations and smooth permit handling by Mel and Mike's team. A one-star review from six years ago flags three-week delays and unreturned calls that soured an initial conversation.
NewAge ships garage storage cabinets and outdoor kitchen products across North York and beyond. When orders arrive intact, customers praise the soft-close drawers, finishes, and packing. Shipping delays and damaged goods are common enough to trigger replacement protocols. Staff like Robert, Karen Cubillan, Farhan, Bharati, and Prathamesh Gawali respond quickly to problems. One reviewer noted rust and hardware failure after two years despite high cost. A few complaints about phone availability and late deliveries by a month suggest logistics strain. The business names specific customer service staff in resolutions, which speeds replacements and builds loyalty. However, recent one-star reviews flag a pattern: delays from May to August, outsourced-sounding call centers, and outdoor kitchen products failing within two years. The 4.5-star average masks real friction between product quality expectations and durability, and between promised delivery dates and actual performance.
All 15 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently highlight Phil (the owner) and his team for professionalism, communication, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Work spans full renovations, basement excavations, additions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and custom finishes. Quality and attention to detail come through across every review; worksites stayed clean and organized throughout.
