Ali and Krista consistently receive high marks for knowledgeable, attentive sales support that makes the buying process smooth. However, post-closing experience reveals serious gaps: ungraded yards remaining unusable months later, water-damaged subfloors and entry doors installed as damaged repairs rather than replacements, and warranty work that starts but stalls for weeks. Buyers describe a sharp gap between the showroom promise and the finished product's quality and site stewardship.
