Customers consistently report that ON ROUTE gets garage doors working again fast-often same day-and charges fairly for the work. Technicians Vadim and David systematically inspect systems, fix the root cause, rebalance doors, and test multiple times before leaving, leaving owners with noticeably quieter and smoother operation.
The business handles everything from cable and spring replacement to opener installation and emergency repairs. Reviewers praise the honest approach: staff push back on unnecessary replacements and explain how to keep doors running well. Service areas cover North York, Willowdale, and Thornhill.
All four reviews are five-star. Work is fast, pricing clear, and techs are professional. Buyers report doors that upgrade curb appeal and make garages usable year-round, especially with insulated options.
Sean and the PROFIX team consistently show up fast for garage door repairs and replacements in the Thornhill area, with most jobs completed same-day and done right the first time. The main technicians are knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and often save customers money by repairing parts rather than forcing full replacements. Two recent jobs, however, involved rushed installations with sloppy wiring and a pricing negotiation that felt pressured, raising questions about consistency when volume is high.
Most reviewers praise BRIKS for skilled execution, fair quoting, and willingness to adapt during projects. Two older reviews and one recent one describe serious defects in flooring, unfinished work, and unresponsiveness to fixes, which stand in sharp contrast to the bulk of five-star feedback.
