What recent reviews say

Sean and the PROFIX team consistently show up fast for garage door repairs and replacements in the Thornhill area, with most jobs completed same-day and done right the first time. The main technicians are knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and often save customers money by repairing parts rather than forcing full replacements. Two recent jobs, however, involved rushed installations with sloppy wiring and a pricing negotiation that felt pressured, raising questions about consistency when volume is high.

Praised for

  • skilled technicians (especially Sean)
  • same-day emergency response

No. Their website and multiple reviews confirm no charge for the initial quote, and no obligation to proceed. Unlike some competitors who charge $150 just to come out.
Can you do repairs the same day?
Yes. Same-day emergency repairs are a stated service, and reviews confirm quick response on weekends and urgent calls; appointments are typically scheduled within 1-3 hour windows.
Do you offer a warranty?
