Master Works delivers skilled renovation work with a strong focus on cleanliness and detail. Three five-star reviews highlight punctual completion, fair pricing, and tidy job sites across painting, decking, and fencing projects.
Mansion Constructions earns consistent praise for professional work, clear explanations, and fair pricing. Mr. Renjith is specifically noted for taking time to walk through project scope and delivering on schedule.
Biocca Homes built custom residences for clients 10-13 years ago that remain issue-free. Nino, Dino, and Anthony guide from design through finishes, deliver on schedule and budget, and stay reachable for years after handover. Homeowners report feeling treated as family and trust the team's word implicitly.
Long-term clients and recent kitchen/bathroom work praise detailed project management, quality finishes, and staff responsiveness-Murad and George stand out for their pace and problem-solving. However, a minority of reviewers report being quoted significantly above market, facing surprise invoices mid-project, and encountering unresponsive management when disputes arose. One reviewer cited Reddit discussion and alleged NDA pressure, raising questions about consistency between pre- and post-contract experience. Work spans major renovations (structural changes, full interior rebuilds, basement additions) and smaller finishing jobs. The business claims service across Almonte, Alta Vista, Ashton, Barrhaven, Blackburn Hamlet, Burritts Rapids, Carleton Place, and Carp. Their website lists kitchen, basement, and home addition design services; warranty and project-management models are mentioned favorably by satisfied clients.

Padda Construction delivers consistent quality on renovation and garage work with Jugraj leading strong project management and follow-through. Reviewers praise fast quotes and transparent communication, though pricing runs high and the team sometimes declines smaller residential jobs.

The sales gallery and model homes experience stands out to most visitors, who praise Caivan's staff (especially Gabe, Simon, and Fayja) for their knowledge and care in guiding first-time buyers. However, several owners report significant frustration with the completed homes: structural issues taking months to remedy, work finished weeks or months late, and inconsiderate job-site practices like early weekend work and debris left on lawns. Quality and reliability after purchase appear to be the dividing line. While recent visitors and new buyers enthuse about the design and the buying process itself, established residents voice concerns about warranty responsiveness and overall build standards. The business excels at the sales experience but struggles with post-completion accountability.
Ali and Krista consistently receive high marks for knowledgeable, attentive sales support that makes the buying process smooth. However, post-closing experience reveals serious gaps: ungraded yards remaining unusable months later, water-damaged subfloors and entry doors installed as damaged repairs rather than replacements, and warranty work that starts but stalls for weeks. Buyers describe a sharp gap between the showroom promise and the finished product's quality and site stewardship.
Most jobs result in solid finished work, with crews praised for skill and professionalism; however, 22% of reviews flag serious red flags. Problems cluster around project management: communication gaps stretch timelines dramatically (weeks promised become three months), unreturned calls, and loose site discipline leave debris on properties for months. One job went unpaid and unfinished. When things go right, people book them again; when they don't, the experience turns sour fast. Decks, kitchens, bathrooms, and foundation repair tend to land well. Crew members Stephan, Alex, and Adam drew specific praise. The gap between quick, quality jobs and painful delays suggests the workload or staffing varies; front-end communication and scheduling accountability are weak points worth clarifying upfront.
Ricky and the team run organized, well-coordinated builds with transparent scheduling that keeps trades efficient. Evidence is limited to just two five-star reviews, so a broader picture is not yet available.
Urbandale builds solid, energy-efficient homes with quality materials and thoughtful design support, but buyers report inconsistent after-sales service and communication gaps. Some experienced long delays and quality issues with fixtures; others praised staff like Giles and Mario for fixing problems after closing.

Post-purchase responses from Richcraft have been slow or dismissive, frustrating buyers paying premium prices.

The team handles condo demolition with extra care, capping utilities and protecting shared spaces, leaving sites clean and ready for next phases.
Most buyers praise the sales team-William Robinson, Kyle, Tom Falcone, David Marshall, Jared Hogan, and others-for taking time to understand needs without upselling. They highlight honest quotes that catch competitor omissions, careful design work (like tying workshop and lean-to together), and solid product quality. One distressed buyer describes being pressured into a non-refundable deposit for a pre-built unit within hours, then met with dismissal and shame when the structure proved unsuitable for their farm; the company allegedly deleted a response and failed to resolve the complaint. The named staff members consistently earn five-star ratings for clarity and low-pressure advice. Buyers report easy DIY assembly, sturdy construction, and colour/size customization. Repeat customers come back to the same rep. The single one-star complaint centers on sales process pressure, poor communication after the sale, and refund refusal-a sharp contrast to the broad pattern of helpful service.
Glenview's sales, design, and pre-purchase experience earn consistent praise for attentiveness and knowledgeable staff like Jamie, Nichole, Derrick, and Greg. Yet post-closing satisfaction fractures sharply: warranty response is slow or dismissive, finish quality varies, and some homeowners faced unannounced work visits and unresolved defects months after possession. The builder appears to perform well during the sales phase but inconsistently after closing.

However, one homeowner experienced a $150,000 project delayed by four months, with poor quality that required an additional $20,000 in outside repairs and chaotic cleanup.

Recent complaints focus on post-purchase disappointment: multiple homeowners faced electrical damage from a storm and claim the builder denied responsibility without investigation, the sales team gave conflicting instructions on lot release day, and some visitors describe the office as unwelcoming.

Reviewers consistently praise Riverside South's floor plan design and name several standout staff members for their care during purchase. However, a substantial minority report serious issues: defects visible in model homes, flooring stains, loose hardware, poor communication after purchase, and warranty work stretching months with unresolved problems. The same builder generates both five-star "best in Ottawa" testimonies and one-star accounts of owners left waiting over a year for repairs.

Claridge Homes builds attractive model homes with welcoming sales staff, but post-purchase experience is rocky. Buyers report 100+ defects at possession, sealed windows that leak mould, cracked tile grout, punctured pipes, and unfinished yards. Getting repairs addressed takes years of chasing staff who often ignore calls and emails; Claridge relies on Tarion's two-year window to avoid accountability. Multiple owners warn that the company's friendly pre-sale demeanor vanishes after closing.

Evidence is split: strengths in communication and budgeting against serious concerns about execution, oversight, and accountability.
